July 2nd-Full day in Yosemite! Eric was ready for an early start and got us
onboard by waking us with his delivery of coffees and bagels. We started off with a hike to Lower Yosemite
Falls. I only made it ½ way up, but the
guys went up and enjoyed the pool that started the lower falls. The boys went on a 2nd trail to check out the
Higher Yosemite Falls. It was 3.6 miles
covering over 3500 ft vertical
gain. Go, guys! They said it was amazing, but were pretty
well spent after the venture. Dinner and
then on to more sight seeing. We drove
up to Glacier Point. Beyond words! We saw many deer, a few grey wolves and
breathtaking scenery. Needless to say,
sleep came easy on this night!
