July 3-Yosemite to San Fran
Before leaving Yosemite, we had to fit in a little more
hiking. There was another set of falls
called Vernal and Nevada. We all hiked
up to the footbridge of the Vernal (lower of the two). Michael and I went on back to the tent at this point to pack up the car
and Eric continued up to the top of Vernal Falls. I’m sure he would have loved the trip on up
to the higher Nevada Falls, but our allotted time had run dry and we headed to San Francisco…now
Michael is having his “near tears with happiness” moment!
